Perfect Storm is a progressive digital agency based in Leeds. To enhance its operational efficiency and streamline internal processes, I developed the front-end for a dashboard designed to enhance project, client, and employee management. Including features from time-tracking to project management, the app addresses the diverse needs of a growing digital agency.

The Goal
The agency aimed to consolidate various SAAS products into a single, efficient tool to be used by employees in various roles.
Challenges
Customizing UI, authentication, and onboarding flows for different user groups, each requiring unique features and permissions, presented a major challenge. The UX of each case had to be carefuly considered as the sites feature-set grew.
Outcomes
The application is key for over 15 internal staff and 30 contractors, boosting Perfect Storm's efficiency and serving as a strong selling point to prospective clients.
